GMCS told how to manage loyalty in retail

GMCS (a subsidiary of MAYKOR) held a webinar "Managing loyalty and marketing campaigns in retail: simply about the complex". The event took place on the portal Global CIO 27 May, 2014.


GMCS told about a specialized solution for advanced management of loyalty programs and retail marketing campaigns based on the platform Microsoft Dynamics for Retail. The solution allows retailer to configure the most complex marketing campaigns, limited in time, and put them into operation without delay to the entire network or for a specified list of stores.


In particular, retail experts learned how to carry such actions as establishment of a new marketing campaign, sharing marketing campaigns and loyalty programs, setting rules for their interaction, as well as work with the cashier loyalty cards.
