MAYKOR-GMCS told about Digital POS Marketing in retail

MAYKOR-GMCS spoke at the online conference Microsoft "Business.IoT", which was held on March 30. Sergey Osipov, Vice President of MAYKOR-GMCS, told about Digital Signage and Smart Customer Engagement in retail.


Participants were able to get acquainted with the possibilities of the solutions step-by-step from the creation of digital content to the effectiveness analysis.


“According to experts, the use of Digital Signage can increase the average check by 3%, and sales – up to 30%. Together with our partner, we offer a complete solution, which includes a platform for managing digital content, a POS system, as well as BI based on Microsoft technologies. Thus, the retailer has the opportunity not only to manage flexibly the digital content, but also to analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and the demonstrated content in terms of sales and customers (gender, age, time of visit, etc.),” said Sergei Osipov, Vice-president of MAYKOR-GMCS.


The event was devoted to the trends and practices of using the Internet of things in Russian business. Participants could not only listen to the leading experts, but also learn about solutions based on Internet things, machine learning and predictive analytics.
