Discussion of the omnichannel service strategy at the CRM DAY

On November 24, MAYKOR-GMCS held a CRM DAY at the Microsoft Technology Center. The event was attended by representatives of the telecommunications, financial and service sectors.

MAYKOR-GMCS specialists presented a solution for omnichannel service management in accordance with the international standards ITIL. Several customers of MAYKOR-GMCS had already been using the solution based on Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform. The event was attended by representatives of Yota and MTT, who shared their experience of service management.

Microsoft Experts introduced new CRM features in Dynamics 365 and showed field service scenarios to manage equipment.
