GMCS took part in the IV Russian Lean Forum "Lean Russia: Strategies of efficiency"
GMCS took part in the IV Russian Lean Forum "Lean Russia: Strategies of efficiency", which took place on November 9-10 in Moscow and was actively backed by the All-Russian public organization Business Russia.

The Forum, which is one of the most significant events in the country’s business life, gathered over 200 representatives of the business elite. During the forum top managers and leading experts of Russian and CIS companies were able to obtain up-to-date and well-structured first-hand information on efficient business organization. Specifically participants had the possibility to find out more about hands-on experience in constructing efficient manufacturing systems, discuss efficiency program development and implementation issues, as well as the issue of involving staff in the process of continuous improvements, cost cutting, productivity increases and other important topics.

As part of the Forum on November 10, a joint presentation was delivered by Lyudmila Sokolskaya, Head of the Infor Solutions Department at GMCS, and Vladimir Kapustin, an independent expert (previously – Head of the IS Implementation Department at GAZ Group), on the topic of "Experience in constructing a system of production and logistics management on LEAN principles using an ERP system" based on the example of constructing an information system for the management of a new plant of a large Russian automotive manufacturing holding company.
