MAYKOR discusses the prospects of outsourcing at Army 2015 forum

MAYKOR experts presented opportunities for outsourcing life cycle management of military training equipment at the round table "Prospects and Issues in the Development of Training Facilities." The event was part of the International Military-Technical Forum "Army 2015", which was held on June 16-19 in the city of Kubinka, Moscow Region.

Denis Andrikov, MAYKOR Vice President for Defense and Industry, described the company's experience in implementing outsourcing projects for geographically distributed organizations, presented a model of service delivery in a "one window" format taking into account the organizational aspects of the Russian Armed Forces, and noted the benefits of this approach to manage the life cycle of training facilities. The format involves creation of a single point of entry to meet the challenges of rapid repair and recovery of facilities operated in the interest of the military-industrial complex. This makes it possible to register the service applications immediately and to centrally manage financial and reporting documents. This reduces costs, accelerates the elimination of incidents, and ensures a uniform level of service throughout Russia thanks to direct interaction with the service organization. The service model presented at the round table attracted the interest of industry experts and heads of central authorities of the military administration.
