MAYKOR-GMCS told about digital technologies for sports industry

MAYKOR-GMCS participated in XIV International Congress of the Winter Sports, Tourism and Recreation Industry, which was held on May 22-23 in Moscow. One of the largest sporting events was organized by the Autonomous Nonprofit Organization “International Forum “Russia – Country of Sports” with the support of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia, the Federal Agency for Tourism and the Olympic Committee of Russia.

Within the framework of the section "Digital technologies in the service of sports", MAYKOR-GMCS expert held a master class on "Management of communications in social networks as part of sports marketing". Participants learned how to use a solution of MAYKOR-GMCS based on Microsoft Social Engagement to manage effectively the communications with fans, sportsmen and mass media on social networks, track conversations and mentions of a sports organization and respond quickly to them, as well use social network monitoring data to plan sales and increase the attendance of sporting events.

The educational forum "Digital technologies in the service of sports" was the answer to digitalization of the sports industry. The participants discussed the technologies that would help improve sports results, allow managing fans' loyalty and increase the profitability of sports events, and touched upon the theme such as a phenomenon "digital doping".
