MAYKOR-GMCS told about effective service instruments at the seminar "Strategy 2016: Instruments of growth"

MAYKOR-GMCS held a seminar "Strategy 2016: Instruments of growth" dedicated to the effective tools of customer service and sales. The event was held on February 25, 2016 in Microsoft Technology Center in Moscow.

The participants got acquainted with the possibilities of a new version of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2016, which would soon be available in the Russian market. Within the live demonstration were shown some functional features of the system: analytical tools and services for mobile operation, sales and marketing in social networks, etc. Microsoft also talked about the Azure Machine Learning - a cloud service of machine learning and predictive analytics.

MAYKOR-GMCS’ specialists presented the solution for the automation of self-service with the help of private offices and shared the results of the implemented CRM-projects.
