MAYKOR has become a Partner of BBCG Business Club
MAYKOR, a nationwide provider of IT and business process outsourcing services, has become a partner of BBCG Business Club. The event took place in Moscow on February 4-5, 2016 and was attended by the largest players in FMCG and service providers to find new solutions for business development.

BBCG Club is an annual industry summit bringing together directors of the food and drugstore industry, as well as representatives of PL and FRESH FOOD. The main objective of the club is to find new solutions for effective cooperation, reduce costs, increase efficiency of business processes, and attract and retain an audience in collaboration with the government, professional associations and market in general.

At the summit, Olga Gerasimova, Vice President of Key Accounts at MAYKOR, discussed the opportunity to increase the efficiency of service provider management with the help of MAYKOR call center services. She also mentioned that today, the retail sector consumes dozens of services, which results in a high flow of service orders, an increase in indirect workload on staff, and requires more resources to control the quality of services.
