MAYKOR Participates in Innopolis University Strategic Session on Undergraduate Programs
On February 5-7, 2016, Innopolis University held a strategic session on undergraduate programs. Marina Anshina, the director of production in the oil and gas sector, represented MAYKOR at this event.

Following the session, the management and professors of the university, together with representatives of leading IT companies, are going to arrange an effective students’ training program based on IT trends, education requirements, and business needs. Industry experts and teachers were divided into working groups. Their goal was to determine the knowledge required by the market to implement prioritize projects in the IT industry in the next 10 years, and which courses are required to obtain this expert knowledge.

Participation in training of specialists for the IT industry is a part of MAYKOR's "Engineer as a Profession" corporate social program. The company is already collaborating with MSU School of Business, the People's Friendship University, Penza State University, and Plekhanov Russian University of Economics, and many others. The program includes internships for the students, as well as lectures and workshops from experts of the company.
