MAYKOR presents "Engineer as a Profession" project at forum on non-monetary staff motivation
MAYKOR, a leading Russian provider of IT and business process outsourcing services, took part in the IV All-Russian Forum and Contest "Non-Monetary Staff Motivation - 2017". The event was held on May 31 in Moscow and was organized by the People and Communications company.

As part of the forum, Irina Semenova, Vice President of Marketing and Corporate Communications at MAYKOR, presented a case on the topic "Non-financial incentives for production staff". The case is based on the experience of successful implementation of the "Engineer as a Profession" corporate social program. Today, the program includes a full range of instruments for non-financial incentives: training and development, corporate competitions, external public events, special columns in the corporate magazine, access to major sporting events, corporate volunteering, etc.

Non-monetary employee motivation is an integral part of MAYKOR's sustainable development strategy. Last year the "Engineer as a Profession" program was awarded a special prize in the Motivation Awards project competition, which is traditionally held as part of the forum.
