MAYKOR takes part in Charity Club meeting on corporate fundraising
MAYKOR attended a Charity Club private meeting dedicated to corporate fundraising tools in partnership with NGOs. The event took place on March 19 in Moscow.

The participants discussed examples of the most successful corporate fundraising campaigns under the #GivingTuesday movement. They include Citibank's and Butterfly Children Charity Foundation's "Giving Without Touching" project and the "Week of Acknowledgment" flash mob co-organized with ROSSBANK. They also discussed the "Good Future with MAYKOR" joint project by MAYKOR, Deti Nashi ("Our Children") charitable foundation and Blago.ru. The project brought together the company's employees and Deti Nashi's volunteers, who raised funds to hold computer science courses for children in two orphanages in Shatalovo and Safronovo (Smolensk region, Russia).

As it was noted at the meeting that corporate fundraising in Russia is gaining momentum. The main reason why corporate charity projects succeed is that companies strive to conduct their charitable programs in accordance with their overall business strategy and do it creatively using modern information technologies and social network capabilities.
