MAYKOR took part in discussion about transparency in CSR
MAYKOR, a leading Russian provider of IT and business process outsourcing services, participated in the round table "CSR and the Boundaries of Transparency: Information Disclosure Practices in Europe and Russia". The event was held on October 21 in Moscow. It is one of several special projects of the Donors Forum.

The participants of the round table discussed in depth the issues of improving transparency in the sphere of corporate social responsibility and standardization of non-financial reporting. They also gave attention to the government's role and the principal interests in this sphere. An outside expert, Peter Augustin, Director for Communication and International Relations, Software AG Foundation, Darmstadt (Germany), shared with the participants the best international practices in implementation and regulation of CSR policy.

Improving the quality of non-financial reporting is an important step for further development of the CSR sphere. By taking part in discussions like this one, MAYKOR can share its own experience with the business community and discover some new ideas for a higher level of transparency in CSR. MAYKOR annually publishes its social responsibility report, which covers the company's activities in the main areas of corporate social responsibility.
