Department of Labor and Employment". MAYKOR used a similarly-named exhibition at the 5th Moscow Biennial of Contemporary Art in 2013-2014 as a showcase for the creative works of engineers, wh ere they could relate the significance of their profession through photography and sculpture and share their experience in solving engineering tasks during open workshops. This project is part of MAYKOR's corporate social program "The Engineering Profession", dedicated to the promotion of engineering specializations and fostering professional pride in the company's engineers.

Forum participants also discussed the special characteristics of cultural administration in the regions and the influence of festivals and other local cultural initiatives on the urban economy.
