Yota introduced the specifics of its new CRM-system
March 5th, the company AHConferences held VIII CRM-Forum in Moscow. 

The participants discussed the best approach to the market and customer interactions as well as their respective roles in the IT field. One of the key reports was the performance of the IT Director of Yota Mikhail Sokolov, who shared features of the CRM-system based on Microsoft Dynamics CRM. The project in Yota started in cooperation with GMCS in 2012.
