As part of CompuLink Group, GMCS is engaging in pre-New Year social projects
As part of implementing the CompuLink Group social policy, GMCS is taking part in charity events aimed at improving the quality of living of orphaned children and handicapped adults, expanding opportunities for their education and employment.

Among the campaigns launched by GMCS in the run-up to the New Year is participation in the "Charity instead of souvenirs" initiative, collecting funds and gifts for pupils of the Ivanovo boarding school for orphaned children and children deprived of parental care, as well as supporting a number of child care centers and non-profit organizations engaged in providing education to handicapped persons.

According to the Russia's Corporate Donor ranking, GMCS is one of the top 20 donor-companies. 7.8 million rubles were put towards CompuLink Group social programs last year. It is expected that in 2008 the total volume of CompuLink Group donations will stay at the same level.

When carrying out social projects CompuLink Group uses the same criteria as those used for business projects: the Group’s social projects have to bring actual results and, in the end, improve our society.
