BILETUR’s payment terminals operating problem-free throughout Vladivostok’s tourist season thanks to MAYKOR
MAYKOR is responsible for the uninterrupted payment terminal operation enjoyed by the Primorskoe Agency of Aviation Companies’ (the Russia-wide BILETUR chain) ticket sales centers in Vladivostok.

Having maintained several terminals for the Primorskoe Agency of Aviation Companies since 2012, today MAYKOR provides tech support for terminals in all the sales points offered by the agency’s Vladivostok branch. A few upgrades were implemented by the beginning of the tourist season such that the equipment now works without any down time during peak hours.

“In the years MAYKOR has worked with us they have demonstrated the effectiveness of the outsourcing model when it comes to resolving the technical issues that come up with our payment terminals. MAYKOR has taken on every aspect of providing stable terminal functionality in our offices in Vladivostok and Artyom, something that has almost completely eliminated bugs and improved our centralized control of our sales offices. That has had a positive influence on the quality of our customer service,” noted Irina Pravilo, deputy director of transit sales at the Vladivostok branch of the Primorskoe Agency of Aviation Companies.
