Central Telegraph moves to Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 with GMCS
Central Telegraph, one of the leading telecom operator with more than a century of history, moves to Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 within the optimization of financial and economic management.

Central Telegraph is the first Russian telecom company using Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012. A project is a part of continued cooperation with GMCS, a member of MAYKOR. GMCS will not only optimize and transfer the current functionality (finances and treasury) to the platform Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 but also implement a new functionality. The new functionality includes electronic document management implemented on the base of Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012. The system allows Central Telegraph to improve electronic document management processes and to reduce the timing of harmonization of various documents, including through the creation of a unified document repository.


After project completion, the customer will get an updated business tool to conduct bookkeeping and management accounting, planning and control over funds in different details, as well as fully automated document management.

According to our expectations, it will allow improving the effectiveness of financial management, transparency of cash flow and make the processes of interaction between structural divisions more convenient and understandable," said Andrey Lykov, CIO of Central Telegraph.
