CRT Service announces appointment of Vadim Stetsenko as CRT Service President
CRT Service, Russia's largest high-tech service company and part of the MAYKOR Group, the leader of the on-site technical service market (in-the-field equipment and infrastructure maintenance), announces the appointment of Vadim Stetsenko as President of CRT Service. Vadim Stetsenko succeeds Marina Gornaya, who was CRT Service President from May 2009.

As the new CRT Service President, Vadim Stetsenko will work to broaden the company's product line and service portfolio, so customers can access a whole package of services on a one-stop-shop basis. The new president will also address developing the capacity of the company's regional service center network (today the company operates 82 branches across Russia), strengthening relationships with vendors and partners, building an integrated innovative corporate IT infrastructure, and implementing the mid-term business development plan.

Over the past three years CRT Service has taken shape as a leading national service company, having expanded its presence to all of Russia. CRT Service has become the leader of the on-site technical service market due to the active development of its network infrastructure in all regions of Russia, creating a unique in-house team of more than 2,000 qualified service engineers, building an optimized service portfolio, etc. As of today, the company cooperates with more than 350 federal and regional customers, including the largest telecom companies, retailers, banks, industrial companies, and so on.

Vadim Stetsenko has years of experience as department manager with large IT companies in charge of maintenance service, outsourcing and putting together a project management system, both in Russia and abroad. 

"My objective as CRT Service President is to strengthen our company's position as leader of the Russian on-site technical service market and create opportunities for further business growth," says Vadim Stetsenko in comments on his appointment.

Vadim Stetsenko was born August 8, 1971. He is a graduate of Moscow State University of Environmental Engineering. He began his career in 1993 as an IT consultant at Microinform. From 1994 he was head of IT service at Tambrands. In 1996 Vadim became head of the IT department at RJR Petro. From 1997 he headed the IT department of the Russian office of Cargill, and in 1999 he signed up as head of the design office of Cargill Investor Services (Chicago, USA). From 2004 onward he combined as executive director, head of the design office and deputy director for strategic management at Uralsib. In 2007 he signed up as managing director of RUSAL IT-Service. From March 2010 he was Head of the Outsourcing Department at Asteros. Since January 2012 he has been President of CRT Service.
