Fix Price extends contract with MAYKOR
MAYKOR, a leading Russian provider of IT and business processes outsourcing services, is extending a contract with Fix Price department store chain. The retailer signed up for technical support of the company’s store infrastructure in four regions, expanding the geography of the contract to 14 regions.

Fix Price operates on the Russian market using a unique fixed price format. The company works directly with goods manufacturers to lower operating costs and ensure competitive pricing for its customers.

"Outsourcing plays an important role in achieving operational efficiency. Extension of the contract with MAYKOR will contribute to this thanks to considerably reducing the burden on corresponding infrastructure. We have been successfully cooperating with MAYKOR since 2012, and this is one of the reasons for extending the contract," said Oleg Leksin, Head of Information Technology at Fix Price.

Today, MAYKOR ensures seamless operations of cashier workplaces in the company's stores in the Central, Southern and North Caucasus Federal Districts. The range of services also includes Front-Office software support, interaction with the tax authorities on registering cash register equipment, installation and commissioning of equipment, and consultation on equipment operation.
