GMCS expands HR solution portfolio
GMCS significantly expanded its human resource management automation system portfolio.

This was possible thanks to a partnership agreement concluded between GMCS and WebSoft, a leading developer of means for the automation of recruitment, assessment and development of personnel, and creating distance learning systems and electronic education courses.

Based on this agreement GMCS added the following products to its range: WebTutor – a system for the automation of training, testing, assessing, developing and recruiting personnel, CourseLab – an electronic education course editor, Virtual classroom – a system for conducting webinars, as well as an electronic course library for corporate training.

WebSoft solutions take account of industry specific features of the company and allow to solve various tasks such as cutting training costs, increasing recruiting efficiency, monitoring knowledge of employees, simplifying the process of employee assessment etc. The WebTutor product enables comprehensive automation of business processes related to recruiting, assessing and training personnel, classifying and storing knowledge, as well as managing interaction between employees and the HR service.

"Increasing the supply of IT solutions for HR services is an obvious step in the development of the GMCS consulting practice in terms of automating human resource management," comments Oleg Kotov, Head of the Human Resource Management Automation Department at GMCS, on the signature of the agreement. "Using WebSoft products we can offer our clients comprehensive solutions, which allow to fully automate key processes in personnel management, training and assessment."

The Human Resource Management Automation Department at GMCS was established in 2004. Up until now the Department’s specialists had implemented solutions based on the BOSS-Kadrovik system for over 20 companies, including RACC MiG, Cargill, TransTeleCom, Rosinter Restaurants, Irkut, Synterra etc.

GMCS plans to set up its own distance learning courses aimed at teaching users to work with management information systems that GMCS implements. It is expected that this will aloow to speed up and increase the quality of training end users already during the stage of constructing the ERP-system.

"We consider our partnership with GMCS to be of strategic importance," notes Pavel Kovalev, Vice-President for Product Development at WebSoft. "Uniting the expertise and extensive hands-on experience of our companies is a reliable platform for further growth of the number of products, implemented using the WebTutor system, which holds one of the top positions on the market of personnel recruitment, training and assessment process automation and is successfully used by many Russian industry-leading companies."
