GMCS opens Siberia office
GMCS announces opening its new branch in Siberia. The new office located in Novosibirsk will offer a full range of services in the Federal Districts of Siberia, Urals and the Far East.

GMCS decided to open its Siberia branch to respond to the expanding range of local projects and the need to ensure high quality of services independent of customer location. The Novosibirsk branch provides a comprehensive range of services creation of enterprise management information systems. The branch will support full project cycles, including technical support and vendor system development.

"The personnel and resource potential accumulated by our company allows us to carry out very diverse and often innovative projects for companies and enterprises across Russia. Our new regional office will offer a new opportunity to support consistently high quality of our services, strictly observe deadlines and budgets for a constantly increasing number of projects. In Siberia GMCS works with such major clients as Irkutsk Aviation Plant, Novosibirsk Chemical Concentrates Plant, Angarsk Electrolysis Chemical Complex," says Mikhail Romanov, President, GMCS.

"Novosibirsk is Russia’s third largest city and the administrative center of one of the country's largest business and industrial regions. Opening a branch in this particular city was therefore a sensible step in the GMCS project activity strategy. An additional argument in favor of opening this office was the increasing interest expressed by Siberia's dynamic businesses that recognize the need to use modern IT management instruments. This increase in demand can be attributed both to growing competition and to the willingness of local companies to meet international business practice standards," notes Ilya Lipis, head of GMCS Novosibirsk.

The Siberia office in its work is guided by the fundamental principles of GMCS: chooses the best solution for the client, ensures competence in each particular field, and takes on responsibility for project results. We will form a specialist team for all products GMCS works with, including Cognos, Microsoft, Oracle, SAP, Infor (Baan), BOSS. HR Systems, and SoftProm before the end of 2008. The branch will also continue to receive strong support from the headquarters that employs over 500 highly qualified staff.

The branch in Novosibirsk is the third regional office of GMCS opened in addition to the ones in St. Petersburg and Kiev.
