GMCS takes part in the implementation of the production automation programme on the basis of SAP ERP at BASHNEFT
Bashneft has completed the implementation of the SAP ERP company management in its subsidiary company – UfaNefteKhim.

The project was implemented in the framework of the complex 3-year programme of an integrated planning and key companies management system based on SAP ERP. A joint team of Bashneft, SAP CIS, SITRONICS and GMCS specialists are working on the implementaqtion of this programme with GNCS acting as a contractor of SITRONICS.

The UfaNefteKhim project has become one of the fastest examples of SAP ERP implementation of this level of complexity in Russia – the project duration was 7 months. The outputs of the project included improved transparency of business processes, cost reduction and production and other operational data credibility augmentation. Currently, the SAP ERP at UfaNefteKhim unites over 600 users. The IT infrastructure has been deployed on the basis of a mobile data processing centre supplied by SITRONICS.

In the nearest future the SAP ERP system will be replicated for the holding's other refineries: NovOil, Ufa Oil Refinery, UfaOrgSintez. The SAP ERP platform automates information exchange SAP in the framework of the key areas of operation, including financial flows, production, logistics and maintenance, the asset portfolio, etc. This will help to create a single information space for all of the company's facilities and significantly improve management efficiency.

December 9, 2010 saw the launch into operation of the HR-management solution which has helped to unify payroll accounting, personnel management, time sheet and travel accounting, accountability compilation. In 2011 the SAP ERP system will be replicated to the holding's other oil refineries: NovOil, Ufa Oil Refinery, UfaOrgSintez. Also, the creation of a single system of financial and management reporting based on SAP BW is planned for 2011.
