Maria Sergienko appointed as a technical support manager of the Microsoft Products Department, GMCS.

Her terms of reference cover arrangement of technical support of the company's clients, including development and introduction of quality standards in software product development and testing; prompt provision of assistance for executing client requests via ahot line; provision of information support to clients on software product application; recommendation for migration to new versions and introduction of new operation schemes incase of changes in laws.

Maria Sergienko was born in Moscow. Graduated in 1996 from the Moscow State Technical University named after N. E. Bauman in Radio Engineer specialty (diploma cum laude). Continued her studies at the Institute of Economics and Finance in 'Accounting and Audit' specialty, graduating from the Institute in 2000 awarded a diploma cum laude.

Mrs. Sergienko started her career in the field of introduction of management information systems in 1998 working as an consultant in management system introduction projects atenterprises in various industries. In January 2001 Maria was employed as an consultant bythe Technical Support Department, Columbus Co.

In a year Mrs. Sergienko headed a technical support line in Russia and CIS states for products by Axapta, Navision, Concord XAL in Navision’s Russian representative office. INtwo years of acting in this position she built from scratch a subdivision unit – Center of Expertise for Axapta, Navision, and Concord XAL products. In early 2005 she headed aMicrosoft Navision product localization line in the Russian office of Microsoft Co.
