MAYKOR reports the outcome of merger and acquisition in the 3rd quarter of 2013
MAYKOR, a national-scale group of companies that provides IT outsourcing, facility systems service and business applications support, increased its efforts in implementation of its merger and acquisition strategy in the 3rd quarter of 2013. From August to the beginning of October it has acquired four companies: OMNI-TO in Moscow, RCTO KKT LLC and SibCKKT LLC in the Siberian Federal District and Orgtechnoservice LLC in the Southern Federal District.

This acquisition of the service providers that are on the top of their market segments will facilitate development of the MAYKOR Group target businesses: providing integrated services for retailers, including fuel retail companies, and for financial institutions.

OMNI-TO is a successful regional player in the gas stations equipment maintenance market where Rosneft has been its key client for almost 10 years. OMNI-TO currently provides comprehensive servicing of more then 100 Rosneft gas complexes and gas stations in Moscow and the Moscow region.

RCTO KKT LLC and SibCKKT LLC are top players in the Novosibirsk region market of cash register and weighting equipment service, holding a market share of about 50%, according to the MAYKOR experts assessment. These companies' customer base is made of more than 2,5 thousand retail enterprises operating in the Novosibirsk region. Orgtechnoservice LLC provides maintenance services for a broad range of banking equipment, from banknote and coin sorters to queue control systems. The company has offices in major cities of the Southern Federal District. Among its customers are top federal and regional banks of Russia. Orgtechnoservice LLC holds 50% to 60% share of the Southern Federal District service market in the banknote/coin sorters segment.

The companies acquired will be integrated in the MAYKOR branches retaining the current staff of more than 200 employees. All obligations of these companies under the current contracts with their customers will be honored in full scope by the MAYKOR Group of companies.

In the framework of its M&A strategy MAYKOR acquires both top federal outsourcing companies and major regional players on the service and IT outsourcing market. In 2012 and the first half of 2013 it was announced that ZAO DV-STS, Avtotank-service, PST Company, Infoservice, the service unit of Amfitel Plus (became a part of CRT Service), GMCS joined MAYKOR. By the end of 2013 it is planned to acquire a number of other players on the Russian IT outsourcing and servicing market.
