MAYKOR to run an outsourcing project for Telekomservice
MAYKOR Group, a national-scale servicer and outsourcer of IT and building utility systems, on behalf of its subsidiary CRT Service, announces an outsourcing project for Telekomservice.

As part of the agreement, MAYKOR will ensure stable operation of cash register equipment in the chain of Telekomservice sales offices in Altai region. MAYKOR service engineers will provide maintenance and servicing of cash register equipment and offer user advice on operation-related issues. MAYKOR service program will cover 83 retail outlets.

"Our cooperation with MAYKOR will give us fast centralized access to professional equipment maintenance at our sales offices. We are confident that our equipment is now in the hands of a reliable service provider. We hope the cooperation between Telekomservice and MAYKOR will prove to be mutually beneficial and long-term one" says Mikhail Demchenko, Telekomservice Director in Barnaul.

"We provide Telekomservice with highly professional on-site maintenance of its cash register equipment at all sales outlets of the company. Given the role the equipment plays in the sales-related business processes, our services help Telekomservice not just to optimize their hardware maintenance routine, but also to maintain high level of client service," says Stanislav Brodyansky, CRT Service Vice-President for Business Development.
