MAYKOR President Tops the List of IT Senior Executives in the TOP 1000 Russian Managers Rating
MAYKOR President Sergey Sulgin has ranked first in the list of IT senior executives as part of the TOP 1000 Russian Managers rating. Among the nation's thousands of leading managers are Irina Semenova, Vice President of Marketing and Corporate Communications, and Irina Grigoriyan, Vice President of HR.

Sergey Sulgin has been the head of MAYKOR since 2012. Over this period MAYKOR has become the largest company in the Russian IT outsourcing market, and every year it confirms its position in the list of the world's top outsourcing companies. A key achievement of MAYKOR's senior executive team headed by Sergey Sulgin was successful anti-crisis management, as a result of which the company maintained its revenue and profitability within tough economic conditions and business transformation. The fact that three MAYKOR executives were included in the list of the country's best top managers shows that the quality of the company's management is professionally recognized.

Let us remember that Sergey Sulgin entered the list of Russia's best managers for a second time and Irina Semenova has made the list for three consecutive years. Irina Grigorian made the list for the first time.

TOP 1000 Russian Managers has been a recognized tool to assess the professional reputation of Russia's leading high-ranking managers for 17 years. Its main objectives include summarizing annual performance and honoring the most successful managers in Russia, who are leaders in their industries and functional areas. The rating's methodology is based on the principle of "The Best Select the Best". The final lists are prepared according to a functional feature based on voting by an expert panel that consists of leading industry experts and the winners of the previous year's rating. This analysis principle makes it possible to obtain a comprehensive assessment of their colleagues' professional reputation.
