The REDMOND network of home appliance stores made the transition to comprehensive outsourcing of IT support. The continuous operation of the IT infrastructure of the brand's 89 stores in Russia is ensured by the leading Russian provider of IT and Business Process Outsourcing services – MAYKOR.

Also, the outsourcing contract envisages the service of engineering infrastructure elements - continuous power sources, video surveillance systems, broadcasting equipment, and video recorders. Geography of provided services – over 50 cities in Russia.
