MAYKOR rises 70 positions on the list of Russia's best employers
MAYKOR, a leading Russian provider of IT and business process outsourcing services, has greatly improved its position in the Russian Employers Rating-2017, showing a result 70 positions higher than the previous year. The organizer of this annual study is the staffing company HeadHunter.

HeadHunter's Russian Employers Rating is one of the most authoritative ratings of employers, as well as the largest in terms of coverage of participating companies. When compiling the rating, analysts evaluated employers based on three key indicators: employee opinions, job seeker opinions, and an expert evaluation of the company's HR practices on working with staff.

Based on research in 2017, the experts also recognized MAYKOR as one of the companies with the most highly developed HR processes. Such a high assessment was achieved thanks to MAYKOR's continuous improvement of all business and HR components.

MAYKOR's HR management policy is focused on attracting, retaining and professionally developing employees, ensuring adequate compensation and social protection, and creating favorable work conditions. During the implementation of large outsourcing projects, sometimes the specialized personnel of customers are transferred to MAYKOR's workforce, which also poses great challenges for the company to improve its motivation system and expand competencies in the field of organizing the work of specialists who are accustomed to certain elements of corporate culture at their previous jobs.

"A company's reputation plays an important role in choosing a workplace. Of course, today you can be guided by the advice of friends and information from social networks and other sources. However, there is a more objective way to familiarize yourself with a future employer - professional ratings. A high expert evaluation of MAYKOR's activity in human resources confirms the company's status as one of the leading IT employers in the country, and also serves as an incentive for further development of HR initiatives," said Irina Suslova, HR Director at MAYKOR.
