MAYKOR Took on Support for the IT Infrastructure of HENDERSON Fashion House
HENDERSON Fashion House has signed a contract with MAYKOR for IT infrastructure service in outlets across Russia. The new contract is an extension of co-operation between companies. Since 2012, MAYKOR has provided maintenance of retailer's cash registers.

The outsourcer supports automated workstations of cashiers and managers, office and network equipment, and telephony, as well as anti-theft and video surveillance systems in more than 160 HENDERSON stores in 55 cities of Russia. The service portfolio includes scheduled maintenance, software update, troubleshooting, diagnostics, and consultancy support.

"HENDERSON's IT priorities today are development of loyalty and business management systems, which is what provides sales stability and simplifies business processes. Centrally outsourcing IT maintenance functions to one service provider across the entire store chain has enabled us to focus on those priorities and minimize labor costs on support processes," said Ruben Akopyan, IT Department Director at HENDERSON Fashion House.

A centralized outsourcing contract means a consistent price for services and quality parameters across the entire store chain. So, the client has a clear vision on service cost in relation to its quality," commented Olga Gerasimova, Vice President of Key Accounts at MAYKOR on conclusion of the contract.

For more than 20 years, HENDERSON has offered elegant and stylish menswear for business and leisure. Today, HENDERSON has more then 160 stores in the largest shopping centers of 55 Russian cities. All stores offer a collection of HENDERSON classic business attire and the HAYAS casual clothing collection. HENDERSON stores have a full selection of menswear: elegant business suits, shirts, ties and knitwear, underwear and outerwear, footwear and accessories.
