MAYKOR will launch and maintain electronic queues for Sberbank in Eastern Siberia
MAYKOR, a leading Russian provider of IT and Business Process Outsourcing services, won the East-Siberia branch of Sberbank of Russia's tender to provide comprehensive technical support of electronic queuing systems. MAYKOR's task will be to promptly troubleshoot the 130 systems already in operation, and also put new ones into operation.

Thus, the East-Siberia branch of Sberbank's set of equipment, which MAYKOR is servicing, has expanded. Since October 2013, MAYKOR has been providing service to 15,000 payment terminals installed in offices.

"At the beginning of 2012, Sberbank was faced with a challenge: in 90% of bank offices, the waiting time for customers in queue should not exceed 10 minutes. Branches throughout Russia were equipped with electronic queuing systems, including in Eastern Siberia. These systems allow customer flow to be optimally managed, and resulted in faster service. Now it is important that we maintain the results we have achieved, so we are devoting great attention to overseeing the smooth operation of electronic queues", - remarked deputy Chairman of the East Siberian branch of Sberbank of Russia, Eduard Mityukov
