MAYKOR will service the Rostelecom – Retail Systems retail network in 5 macroregions
Rostelecom – Retail Systems, responsible for the development of the Rostelecom retail network, following a tender, has signed a contract with MAYKOR to service cash registers in sales and service centers in the Far East, the Urals, the Volga region, Central District and Moscow.

MAYKOR provides technical support for cash registers at more than 500 offices of cell phone retailer. Outsourcer are responsible for registration of cash registers with tax authorities, commissioning, replacement of protected electronic control tape, repair, and consultancy support for users.

"Today, the retail network of Rostelecom is at a stage of reform, the aim of which is to create an efficient, diversified company with high standards of sales and service organization, and development of distance services. The transfer of support tasks such as maintenance of equipment to outsourcing allows us to focus our own resources on implementation of this key objective. Rostelecom has been practicing this approach for a long time, and it has shown to be effective," commented Margarita Kucherenko, general director of Rostelecom – Retail Systems, on the conclusion of the service contracts.

Contracts with Rostelecom – Retail Systems are further increased cooperation between MAYKOR and the national telecommunications operator. Since last year, the outsourcer has been implementing a long-term contract for printing services and technical support of workstations at the offices of Rostelecom in the Volga region, provides office equipment to offices in St Petersburg and Leningrad Region, and also performs a number of projects to support the communications infrastructure.
