Otkrytie Bank employs MAYKOR-provided IT outsourcing nationwide
Otkrytie Bank engaged MAYKOR, a Russian nationwide provider of IT  and Business Process Outsourcing, to provide technical support for the bank employee's workstations in its regional branches.

"We aggressively increase our presence throughout Russia. In the last half year alone the bank launched more than 200 mini offices, thus opening a new office every day in average. This leap resulted in large demand for IT support. Instead of increasing our in-house IT personnel, we decided to turn to IT outsourcing. At present we successfully perform some jobs on our own while other tasks are passed to MAYKOR; this enables us to scale-up rapidly and maintain supporting the IT infrastructure in dynamic business development conditions", says David Martirosov, Director of Otkrytie Bank.

In addition to arrangement of workstations in the new offices of Otkrytie, the list of support services includes repair, recovery and preventive maintenance of notebooks, PCs, printing equipment, web cameras, networking and channel-forming hardware.
