Sergey Sulgin named President of MAYKOR Group

MAYKOR (Service Holding Company LLC), the largest group in Russia's IT service and outsourcing market, announces the promotion of Sergey Sulgin to MAYKOR President, effective April 2012. 

The MAYKOR Group is an alliance of the companies NST and CRT Service, which have been operating in the IT market since 2005 and 2007 respectively. With its network of 82 branches and 400 offices across Russia, the MAYKOR Group is a supplier of integrated one-stop-shop solutions for the deployment and follow-up servicing of commercial data/communication and engineering infrastructures for businesses anywhere in Russia.

An advanced automated operations management system, powerful resource potential and uniform service standards throughout the country have enabled the MAYKOR Group to become a long-standing partner for more than 500 businesses – large geographically-distributed national companies as well as small/medium-sized enterprises. Among MAYKOR’s customers are retailers, telecom operators, financial and banking institutions, oil and gas companies, government agencies and others.

Sergey Sulgin is a 1995 graduate of Moscow State University. He began his IT career at Platinum Russia, where he worked from 1995 to 1997 as a chief consultant, project manager and later as Platinum SQL department manager. In 1997 he signed up with Baan Russia as director for localization and project engineering. From 1999 he was development director at GMCS. In 2003 he was promoted to GMCS president. From 2006 to March 2012 he was chairman of the Board of Directors at Compulink Group. Since April 2012 he has been President of the MAYKOR Group.
