Sovcombank is switching to centralized maintenance outsourcing
Sovcombank, included in Russia's TOP 50 banks by net asset amount, signed a centralized outsourcing contract with MAYKOR-BTE for self-service machines servicing. The geography of the contract covers 20 Russian regions. The outsourcer services over 380 ATMs and payment terminals.

"Previously, MAYKOR-BTE provided maintenance services under several contracts with regional Sovcombank's directorates," says Nikita Remezov, Head of the Maintenance & Information Security Division, PJSC Sovcombank. "Switching to the unified format has been determined by extension of co-operation with the outsourcer in various regions and administrative cost reduction goals. The single contract has enabled assigning equipment for servicing in new regions and providing maintenance based on common standards, and to be paid for under a single invoice without any additional load on administrative functions."

MAYKOR-BTE is currently responsible for self-service machines maintenance in most regions of Sovcombank's presence. The multi-vendor network is being serviced based on the SLM (Second Level Maintenance) package, including diagnostics, repairs, and replacement of broken-down parts. Parts are restored on the base of MAYKOR-BTE's own repair center that specializes in repairs of various manufacturers' bank equipment.
