The Sem Dney retail chain has extended its service contract with MAYKOR
MAYKOR, a leading Russian provider of IT and business process outsourcing services, will continue to provide technical support for the IT infrastructure and industrial equipment in all 178 perfume and cosmetics stores of the Sem Dney retail chain, located in nine regions of the Central Federal District. The parties have once again extended the service contract.

MAYKOR has been the single service provider of technical support for the Sem Dney retail chain since 2011. The task pool includes the maintenance and repair of cash registers and automated workplaces, the replacement of consumables and installation, upgrading, and software support. The decision on the further extension of cooperation was based on the high levels of fault tolerance of the technology provided by MAYKOR throughout the execution of the service contract.

"For more than three years we have been practicing the outsourcing of technical support on the "one-stop shop" principle, and have seen the effectiveness of this approach. MAYKOR specialists completely remove tasks fr om our internal IT service to ensure the efficiency of the infrastructure of the stores throughout the territories wh ere we are located, with minimal impact on workflow. All services are provided under a single contract with payment on a single account", said the Board Chairman of the Sem Dney retail chain Alexander Nelyubov.
