Women's share in MAYKOR management increases to 29%
On the eve of International Women's Day, MAYKOR, a leading Russian provider of IT and business process outsourcing services, reports that the number of women in management positions in the company has increased compared to7 the previous year.

In 2017, women comprised 18% of the company. The share of women among MAYKOR's top and middle management increased from 25% to 29%.

MAYKOR is one of the largest employers among Russian IT companies. More than 80% are engineers and technical specialists. Despite the stereotype that technical specialties are "male" professions, the company actively brings women engineers onto the team.
